Machining Characteristics:

Excellent lubricity performance, minimal drill bit wear. By preventing the formation of built-up edge, the surface finish of the workpiece is improved.

Even if the required operating temperature is not fully met, using T400 can still produce bright and high-precision holes.

Due to the low polarity of the oil viscosity, heat dissipation is fast, and chip removal is smooth.

No unpleasant odor, no skin irritation. Contains anti-misting additives to avoid oil mist generation.

T400 contains corrosion inhibitors for copper and its alloys, making it suitable for processing non-ferrous metals.

T400 is suitable for drilling micro-holes (0.015-0.5mm diameter) in stainless steel spinnerets, but can also be used for other types of deep hole machining.
