ORNCISOCUT VG7 is a general-purpose oil for metal cutting operations. In situations where cutting oil, lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil inevitably cross-contaminate within machine tools, it can be used to address the decline in cutting performance caused by mutual contamination of different media. Due to its low aromatic hydrocarbon content, it produces less oil mist, does not irritate the skin, and improves the working environment.
ORNCISOCUT VG7 is suitable for machining on automatic lathes, and for use on multi-spindle machine tools and CNC machine tools.
ORNCISOCUT VG7 helps achieve good cutting performance, improve surface finish, and reduce tool wear.
